Terms and Conditions for Affiliates of Central Street Academy
These terms and conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between Central Street Academy ("Advertiser") and ClickBank affiliates ("Affiliates") who wish to promote the Advertiser's online course, Woodworking for Beginners, through the ClickBank platform. By participating in the affiliate program, Affiliates agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:
Affiliate Eligibility: 1.1 Affiliates must be registered members of ClickBank and comply with ClickBank's terms of service. 1.2 Affiliates must adhere to all applicable laws and regulations when promoting the Advertiser's online course. 1.3 Affiliates must maintain accurate and up-to-date information within their ClickBank account.
Promotional Activities: 2.1 Affiliates are permitted to use approved marketing materials provided by the Advertiser for the promotion of the online course. 2.2 Affiliates may promote the online course through various online channels, including websites, blogs, social media platforms, and email marketing, as long as it complies with applicable laws and regulations. 2.3 Affiliates must not engage in any negative campaigns or tactics that may harm the reputation or credibility of the Advertiser or the online course.
Prohibited Activities: 3.1 Affiliates are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities: a) Using deceptive or misleading advertising techniques. b) Engaging in spamming, including sending unsolicited emails or messages. c) Violating intellectual property rights, including using copyrighted materials without permission. d) Engaging in any illegal or unethical activities. e) Engaging in any form of false or misleading claims about the online course.
Compensation and Payments: 4.1 The Advertiser will compensate Affiliates for valid referrals of customers who purchase the online course through their unique affiliate links. 4.2 The Advertiser will provide the applicable commission rate and payment terms to the Affiliates. 4.3 Commissions will be paid according to ClickBank's payment schedule and guidelines.
Termination: 5.1 The Advertiser reserves the right to terminate this agreement and discontinue the affiliate relationship with any Affiliate at any time for violation of these terms and conditions. 5.2 Affiliates may terminate their participation in the affiliate program by providing written notice to the Advertiser or through the ClickBank platform.
Example: An example of a negative campaign that is strictly prohibited under these terms and conditions would be an Affiliate creating a blog post or social media content that falsely claims the Advertiser's online course is a scam or provides inaccurate information to discourage potential customers from purchasing the course. Such campaigns harm the reputation and credibility of the Advertiser and go against the principles of fair competition and ethical marketing. Affiliates are expected to promote the online course in a positive and honest manner, highlighting its benefits and value to potential customers.
