Once I have a clear understanding of your needs, I'll share a detailed proposal. This will include a sketch that captures your vision and the estimated cost of materials and labor.

Take your time to review the proposal and consider your budget. If you want to move forward, you’ll pay a 25% deposit. I'm here to address any concerns and help you make an informed decision!

Once you've signed the proposal, I’ll get to building! Rest assured that I will keep you updated throughout the process, providing progress reports and addressing any queries promptly.

Clients pick up their pieces at our home in Tyngsboro, MA. We are able to deliver for an additional cost dependent on item size & distance.
Pricing
Please note that these prices are approximate and can vary depending on the specific design, dimensions, materials used, and additional customizations requested. The final quote will be provided after discussing your unique requirements and sketching the design.

Project Duration
Furniture: 4-6 weeks
Dollhouses: 6-8 weeks
I accept projects on a first come, first served basis.
As a hobbyist, I have a limited capacity to take on projects at any given time. By scheduling projects in the order they are received, I can effectively manage my workload and maintain a high level of craftsmanship.
I understand that timing is crucial for some clients, so I encourage you to reach out as soon as you have a project in mind. This way, I can assess my current workload and let you know the estimated start date for your project.
